Shipping process

All orders are processed with in 48 hours business days upon receipt of your order confirmation. Orders placed over the weekend and holidays will be processed the following business day.

Shipping rates

The rate charge on shipping orders is calculated at check out depending on the weight of your items, and your delivery location. At check out there will be an option for you to review your order final total before proceed.

Order notification

Please allow 48 hours business days for your order to be processed. You will be notified when your order is forwarded to our carrier for shipment and a tracking number will be provided with your order carrier update.

Please note that delivery business days may be affected by some factors such as COVID-19, delivery peak, post strike, holiday, and the weather. This means that sometimes you may get your order late. Please allow 2-3 business days before you contact us in case of a late delivery.
